7 Days Torn is an all-original rock / alternative rock band from Baltimore, Maryland. Formed on October 16th, 2000, the band has been constantly performing an infectious catalog of original songs overflowing with catchy hooks and memorable melodies.
The Story:
Anthony met Mykal during the summer of \'98. Mykal started playing guitar for the band that Anthony was in (Mason-Dixon at that time, but the band changed the name some 10+ times in as many shows). They endured a few personnel changes before Chris and Jay joined the band. Chris and Jay had been playing together for a few years prior to joining the band and added a solid rhythm section that helped tighten an already established songwriting combination.
Though most of the band members started off their musical careers as bass players, each managed to find his calling with their perspective instruments, pulling influences from bands like Stone Temple Pilots, The Beatles, Elvis, and even Pantera and Metallica. The band\'s songwriting is a group effort that encompasses emotions from their own lives, as well as the experiences of their friends around them.

I have a gone to a some of their shows and they are a kick ass band. Their music is great, and now with me playing their music, my friends are starting to ask who are they? They're hot, i love em!
Every single track is a hit. My favorites have to be Goodbyes, Lately, Flow, Everything, Stupid, in that order. They're an original sound, indeed.
Agreed. The music is great. Does the band ever play Austin or Dallas?
Kick ass! This is one of the best modern rock albums I've ever heard... Slick website, too.
