Our Story:

An indigenous ritual of the Mexican people, the Temascal is a type of ancient sweat ceremony in which participants reaffirm their commitment to their creator and their awareness of mother earth. It is an important spiritual cleansing ritual as well as an opportunity to release the tension and negative energies that accumulate in daily life. As a facilitator of the Temascal over the past 6 years Aldo, who has awakened this ancient tradition, lends his spiritual energy and music to help guide participants through the ritual.
