Our Story:
Animi Causa is a name of early music projects ran by a young Polish historical flutes player - Olga Maracewicz. Her projects are dedicated to bring to the listener the most beautiful works of Middle Ages, Renaissance and Baroque periods. Animi Causa is a chamber music ensemble (up to six musicians), but sometimes the name covers also solo flutist projects – all of them directly “from the heart”. In 2007, Olga Maracewicz recorded her first solo album with music by G.Ph. Telemann. Olga Maracewicz performed on many Polish festivals of early music as well as abroad - in USA and many European countries.
