Our Story:

Formed in Houston, Texas during the Reagan years, Dresden 45 played relentlessly during its most active
period (1985-1990) and produced one of the best records to come out of the Texas scene of the late 1980's.
"Paradise Lost," originally released in 1989, was - and still is-one of the most innovative metal/hardcore/punk albums
ever recorded. Think Slayer meets Minor Threat and you'll have an idea of what this band is about. This CD includes the formerly out-of-print "Paradise Lost" in its entirety, eight additional tracks, and new artwork.
Three of the original members have come out of rock 'n' roll retirement to play
a series of reunion shows and to promote the reissue of this landmark album. This is Texas punk rock history y'all.
