Our Story:

Hognose was conceived at the end of a dirt road in the Texas Hill Country in the Fall of 2001. Since then, these four veterans of the Austin music scene have shared the stage with the finest rock bands in the country and at the same time making a name for themselves.
In Nov. of 2002 they ventured to the Fourth Annual Stoner
Hands Of Doom Festival and were one of the surprise attractions of the event.
This latest release proves the band is a force to be reckoned with. Hard driven riff rock from the heart of Texas, heavy hooks with trippy vocals and a rock solid
rhythm section. This is what Hognose does best.
Longhandle captures exactly that with 9 blistering tracks. This is what would happen if Black Sabbath and the
Butthole Surfers had a picnic.
