Our Story:

Late Model Humans are 3 singer-songwriters plying their craft in New York City. Mike Power, from the Bronx, writes straight-forward sounding songs filled with twists and turns. His brother Jim Power, from across the Hudson River, strums the acoustic and flavors his material with a country influence. Matt Kennon, from Sing Sing, blisters his fingers with the fury of an unrepentant punk. It\'s hard to pick another band and say, \"we sound like them\" but we\'re probably most like the Kinks or Zombies, a little uneven with flashes of brilliance and an obvious passion for what we\'re doing. Most 20th Century music can be heard in one or other of our songs. We love music and only hope our songs are as much fun for you to listen to as they are for us to make.
