Our Story:

Imagine as the first Malaysia BMX , riders band, MARIONEXXES team up to make a good benefit for their own scene. With the rider such like Ernie Nazira Mohd Ramzi (Ernie, a girl rider), Deck Dour Hassan (Dek Do), Abdul Wahid Abdul Halim (Piko), Mohd Johan Abbas (Johan), Ahmad Johari Abdullah (Joe) and the rest of Revellion BMX peeps who come from the various genre of music engage each other like brother and sister. The free time fill with the enjoy at DekDo home studio.
We still remember the days we have Ding Dang and Tora the great junk food for kid like us. We grow up then.

Well everybody sing a song like do-da-doo-da. "Flinstone...MrFlinstone...Yabebedabedoo daa-dee". We still can't throw out our lifestyle until today. It is so happy. We get so many fun. We start to ride with the cheap KUWAHARA BMX since the age of 8 years old. Go to school together and have chill around. Eat lots of junk foods We have so much laugh during our kiddo era. It was very fun to grow up and stick together until we make the band. The childhood in us is flower there in our heart. It was the great memories to be around in 1989. It was the fun we can't even erase it.

MARIONEXXES started back somewhere around Johor Bahru circa late 1996 as project bands from the Boarding School kids who ride around Permas Jaya with ring-ring happiness BMX's goers play deep garage-pop or similar to folk crustiest indie-rock with some pop-folks slacks sound. The first ever song called Freshie from Boarding School have been the trademark for the band. On the early heyday Ernie is sound maker for the band, as she always got the inspiration from lots American garage bands. So much influences by 60's Singapore and South East Asia underground at the beginning.

Beaten by the I.S.A act tragedy is the total reaction when she got involved into political music scene that grows up in Malaysia of the late 90's era. When this pollution of independent entertainment she threat, they boys decide to reject her on the last show at her own birthday party on 1999. But then she rejoin the band on 2001 after she sacrifice all of her mistake. So we manage to have the rearrangement by call our friend Ahmed Zainal Mohd Hatta (Jack), from SINGAPORE BMX to make this line-up complete.

Then all the riders decide to concentrate on making music specified of our own life style according to BMX. It is still early for us to make the serious band. After all there is 1 BMX theme weve recorded calling Ride into Deep less Underground after the dirt jumping series wed participate in local town. Sad to mention all that recorded stuff has been arrested together with Ernie caught case.

Everybody wants to be famous except us. We MARIONEXXES don't like to play at gig as it is so crowded but only prefer Hardcore Party's Band. So our Uncle Tony said that we will GROW UP like TOM and JERRY seems like their late days in TVs, broke up 2002 at the Blue Planet after the big clashs of uncensored obvious gig by the prejudice organizer. Ernie has taken her bag pack heading to America and living there. DekDo further studies at college together with Joe. The rest part of the band is leaved to Johan and Piko.

Somehow, when Johan have take the advantage to fill up with his good friend Rosie to co-operate with the band as he take the drums part and Piko use to blow out his untalented guitar skill for the band. But just left Piko with Johan who still alive for the entire moment. And Johan decide to never be apart of us again. So crazy then when Johan and Rosie said the last goodbye after they have been coupled so long time, for the final time divorce just left Piko to carry on with this stupidity band agenda. Piko moved to Ipoh with his parent but not bring along with old material stuffs as its burned by the cruel policemen.

The year of 2003, Piko met Loh Kok Seng (Paul) when they were studied as course mate in the Diploma level, after finish wish the lack of restless. It seems like the sun is going to shine again when the due give a lot of commitment. Still alive but need a drummer to fix in with the duo. Until 7 drummers who get audition in 2 long year there is still not match with the description need. Finally the leader of FREE LOVE, Jay mentions to help us on this. Thought like he knows what sounds of drummer fix to the band. The recruitment fills up by Jays friend Mohd Syafiq (Rawk) as our new intake.

Be back in scene 2006 after the match up of new and old intake to throw this so long distances awaited to reality again. Huh GOOD-finally it still can breath so called MARIONEXXES . Paul use to play the lead guitar, Piko on bass with vocals, meanwhile Rawk throw his emotion into drum beats.

The name MARIONEXXES taken from the inspiration of the cool puppet worked with string, the marionette that bought from DekDo fathers for Ernie 16 years old of birthday, the words change to MARIONEXXES because its taste creamy funky crispy and horny to blew from anybody mouth. The word can describe as Music And Riding Is Obviously Not Experiences Xenobiotical X-rated Sensation means M.A.R.I.O.N.E.X.X.E.S

We have recruit the new intake to fill in 2nd guitar position, Mohd Redhuan Jamil (Arestic) during our show in Battle of The Band with WINGS

at UNIVERSITY of MALAYA, when we lost our hope for the sweetest love. And we decide to move around the world after this. Our vision is to be the international intellectual BMX band.
