Small Axe is a Reggae duo that consists of George Afu Jr. known as Phat Axe and Baby J as Mad Axe . Both of which have carried the group since the year 2000 when it first manifested. With many changes to the actual band, their persistancy and loyalty to their cause have kept them dedicated. Small Axe has tried to stay true to the music for the love the music. After the release of their first album \\\\\\\"From the Top,\\\\\\\" Small Axe has continued to do shows through out the West Coast. Currently, Small Axe is working on their sophmore album with hopes that it will be received as well as their first. Along the way, many have assisted with the Small Axe sound and credit is due to Yami from Utah, Jeff of Closet Productions, Killa Kal & Melo of Track Killa Music, Goof from Union City, Bounce from Redrum, and Vendo.
