To try to label Damascus quintet Soup’s Uncle may be a difficult thing to accomplish. Yes, they are a rock band. However, it is the fusion of genre’s that makes Soup’s Uncle different than most. Utilizing funk, reggae, jazz and techno within the template of a rock band, Soup’s Uncle relies on stellar craftsmanship and stunning live performances to win over crowds across the tri-state area. Soup's Uncle's main goal is to play anywhere and everywhere, and bring their music to as many people as possible. Watch out for Soup's Uncle in 2006...they may come destroy a town near you...
