Our Story:

The Legion of Doom is a music production collective based in Venice, California. Its members (whose identities remain unspecified) are musicians, producers, and programmers who were active on many different fronts over the years before forming the Legion of Doom in 2004 to focus their combined skills on a string of unique projects.

The first of these projects is a series of mashups of songs by bands popular in the punk/emo/hardcore genres, culminating in a full album to be released in 2005 on Antagonist Records. An unprecedented undertaking, the album 'Incorporated' combines recordings officially licensed from the original artists and labels, with beats and other new material - taking mashups out of the internet bootleg arena and into the record stores (with the original creators getting their share of the royalties). Other projects in the works include more mashups as well as original compositions, remixes, film scoring and music supervision, and drum sample and loop sets
