Our Story:

Watson's musical style can aptly be described as "modern classic rock." Since 2004, the Minneapolis based quartet has been shaping their sound through countless live performances and recording sessions. Molding sounds from classic influences such as Eric Clapton and the Who with modern influences like Foo Fighters and Wilco, watson has crafted a definably rock sound.



The band's first studio album, Been Here Before, was released in Sept 2006 at The Fine Line. The album is a collection of 11 songs with diverse styles ranging from the straight forward rock on Believe Me, to the acoustic tones of Thank You. Songs from Been Here Before have been featured on KARE 11 News, and Softball 360 on Fox Sports North. Watson's sophomore effort, All I Want You To Know, is set for release in 2008. All I Want You To Know carries on their established sound with songs like Live For Today and Up In Smoke, and pushes the envelop with new tracks like Steal My Soul.



With a catalog of over 30 original songs and growing, watson's musical odyssey continues to evolve. Watson can be seen performing around the Twin Cities, primarily at The Fine Line, the Uptown Bar, and 7th St Entry amongst others
